Analysis Of Moldova’S Talent Competitiveness Index Based On The Global Talent Competitiveness Index Model

Abstract

In this paper, were analyzed some aspects of the global talent competitiveness index of Republic of Moldova. Thus, was made a presentation of evolution of talent competitiveness index of Republic of Moldova in the global ranking for the period 2013-2019, as well as a comparative analysis of situation of Republic of Moldova and neighboring countries - Romania and Ukraine, regarding the global competitiveness of the talent. At the same time, were highlighted the positive and negative aspects of the positions registered by the Republic of Moldova. The results of the study have shown that the Republic of Moldova has dropped significantly in the GTCI ranking, at the same time finding there is no city from Republic of Moldova included in this ranking.
