Abstract

The role of the human factor is essential both in the implementation and application of the own normative system, which has not only the role of risk reduction, but also, in particular, the realization of the bank's strategies and policies, as well as from the perspective of maintaining the bank's position onthe market under the conditions of universalisation of the objects activity in the field of banking, development of information and communication structures and uniforms in the structure of products and services offered by banks (competition for the implementation of new products and services becoming extremely acute in Romania in the current period), resource management human is already a priority element of the evolutionary strategies of a modern bank.
