Abstract

Nowadays, the internationalization of services is much more accessible thanks to the formation of so-called free economic markets in almost all the world's continents, thus facilitating the flow of capital between companies from the samefield, adjacent or even different fields. Information technology is another factor that facilitates the internationalization of services, but especially the rapidity with which it develops, makes possible to connect in a very short time or in real time with partners from all parts of the world. In this article, the author makes an analysis of the mechanism of internationalization of tourism services, describes the forms of manifestation of companies in the international environmentand characterizes the benefits and risks that can arise in the process of internationalization of tourism enterprises.
