Abstract

The man must be located in the center of any research on the development and evolution of the economic system. In this regard, addressing the problem of employment and unemployment must be a top priority of scientific research. Perhaps one of the most pressing problems of the contemporary world is the inability of society to use the main resource of economic growth and development: labor. Creating conditions for labor factor to be active and creative is one of the major socioeconomic problems faced by all the countries of the contemporary world.
