Effects Of Labour Mobility Phenomenon In Romanian

Abstract

The work begins with an overview of EU policies regarding labor mobility phenomenon. Romania as a EU member country tried to join these policies. The paper continues with presentation effects generated by this phenomenon on Romania and ends with a statistical analysis of the number of emigrants and immigrants with Romanian citizenship in the member states of the European Union, and capital transfers from Romanian workers abroad. For data analysis was used from 2007 to 2014 taken from the EUROSTAT and the National Bank of Romania reports.
