The Bondholders And The New Market Trends Eurobonds

Abstract

The entry in the European Union, has allowed Romania access to European funds and at the same time, out country has aaceded to the principle of the free movement of capital and labor. The market eurobonds offers products attractive to meet the needs of financing. This paper tells us what steps the global economy has come to give birth circumstances that led to the formation of this concept full of complexity - Eurobond market. In the first part of this paper we have presented theoretical concepts related to the issuance of euroobligaţuni, the steps taken by the beneficiary in order to take possession loan to emerging market trends euroobligatară. The second part of the paper defines advantages and disadvantages characterizing the issue of these bonds, being played in the capital market rating, which signifies a "start" or not regarding the issue of Eurobonds. The paper ends with some conclusions and bibliography
