A Systhematic Method For Determining The Factors Influencing The Amount Of Pensions

Abstract

The paper proposes a comprehensive and systematic treatment of human welfare, while highlighting the main factors and connections that deal with the quality of social life. Based on this analysis of unemployment and the consequences of immigration or labor migration to and from Romania, which has direct implications for quality of life we have found and demonstrated that it is influenced by various factors: social, economic, ambient, educational, cultural , scientific, recreational, technology, quality of employment is input into the system, the quality of social system outputs; occupation policy of labor, economic, social, educational, environmental, technical and scientific development constitutes reverse connection of occupation labor policy, economic and social policies of the country.
