Abstract

The specialization in a single domain of activity throughout the entire working life is no longer active mode to work now and less so in the future. The management of the sustainable development of his career contribute to find those activities that will bring the individual rewarding and not only. Working made with pleasure ensures the independence of the individual, freedom, fulfillment emotional. The sustainable development of the career offers the possibility to people to be a grant support and for the others.
