Cluster Analysis Of Pc Endowment In Pre-University Education At Romanian Counties Level

Abstract

In the contemporary world IT&Ct has become omnipresent. Not only the younger generation but also other categories of the population uses it daily communication. On the other hand, education, and especially the preuniversity education, in many poor counties remained particularly poor endowment of schools with PCs and other means IT & C. Based on this finding work is an analysis of equipped PC pre-university educational institutions at county level and their grouping by the average number of existing PC .This work highlights the major differences that exist between counties in this regard.
