Components Analysis Of Organizational Culture On Work And Job Satisfaction In A Public Institution

Abstract

Public sector organizations face increasing pressure to adapt to new requirements from users, generated by phenomena such as the expansion of information technologies, globalization, increasing citizens' awareness of their rights. These new requirements involve changes in cultures of such organizations. While the rules, procedures, activities of public organizations are constantly evolving, culture of an organization change is an effort that requires a very long period. To some extent, cultural change process is lengthy due to the resistance that may arise in the event of planned changes in the culture of an organization. To facilitate the process of cultural change is necessary to know the particularities of organizational culture, in particular those related to work, job satisfaction and human resources policies. In this work we intend to research and interpret employee perceptions of organizational culture Gendarmerie Calarasi on issues related to work, job satisfaction and human resources policies to improve those aspects aiming human resource satisfaction.
