Abstract

The article aims to highlight the role played by managerial team in making management decisions assuming the use of modern tools for organizing it. In order for a company to survive in the market, it must adapt to the environment in which it operates, maintaining at the same time a close internal connection and minimizing the uncertainty that characterizes the internal and external environmental (?) changes. The financial and economic life of an entity can not be conceived outside the environment in which it operates and evolves. In this environment, the company collects its resources and it make payments, reimbursements of funds and other operations. Very eloquent examples of managerial accounting bookkeeping can be obtained from the organization of multinational groups.
