Abstract

The economic crisis has affected all types of banking products and services, business models, and evaluation methods known. Increasingly in the banking industry uses the term "prudential banking rules" to emphasize the need for rules to ensure that the legal framework for banking activity and responsible relationships between inheritances banks and customers. The need for a prudential attitude imposed on banks by reglemetări arise, primarily from banks ' role in the economy.
