Abstract

The Small and medium enterprises bring a significant contribution in what concerns competitiveness, research, innovation, employment as well as the solution to particular problems. We should strive to develop a dynamic and competitive SME sector, which will contribute to economic growth, employment and reduction of poverty. The increased focus on and importance of small and medium-sized enterprises have the objectives to understand the necessity of development, them for the national economy, knowing the optimal strategies to be adopted, practical possibility to adopt strategies of innovation by the SMEs.
