Abstract

Globalization is complex and dynamic process of increasing interdependences between world's countries as a result of the expansion and deepening of transnational ties in various spheres of economic, political, social and cultural with immediately effect of transformation national problems in global issues and waching for global solution instead of national one. The development and amplification exchanges between countries represent an indispensable requirement for social economic progress. Any country, as a result of international modification on work division and enlargement economic exchanges between countries, has gave and receive something in circulation of goods created all over the world. Globalization make all the financial system much resistant against extrem events. The development of international contacts within an between the institution can make any crisis easier to overcome. The financial systems can be now more efficient in risk sharing and shocks transmission.
