Abstract

The economy of any country investments are the foundation for economic and social development. Investment is capital expenditure spending aimed at achieving durable goods that future income will be generated carrier profits. The economic efficiency means the relationship that is established between the economic performance in the course of investment, on the one hand, and the amount and structure of the effort, the effects generator, on the other hand. Foreign direct investment is long-term investment relationship between a resident entity and a non-resident entity, it usually implies that the investor exerts a significant influence on the management of the investee company.
