Modalities of quantification of the performances from the Romanian bank system

Abstract

In the context of the globalisation and of the European integration, the essential purpose of the banks management consists in the choice of the most efficient profitability models, which aims the possibilities of covering the investments with own resources, at the level of each working unit. The increase of the resources and investments volume and the diversification of the products and services offer, lead to permanent preoccupation of the banks for the qualitative resolution, in the sense of the establishment of the modalities of optimisation and quantification of the achievements and structure of the resources and investments portofolio, in order to obtain some superior performances, elaborating in this regard, models of analysis and pursuit of the banking profitability.
