Corporations crisis – beyond the frontiers of management

Abstract

The economic crisis registered on international markets can be seen simply as corporate crisis as a result of that crash is the effect of large financial institutions and companies in the field of goods and services. Corporate crisis is a process that develops in nearly 10 years on the international market falling to the level of maximum development and producing her effects for 10 years hence. The paper tries to follow the stages of evolution of this crisis together with factors such as management and the economic environment characterized current economy. Also the relationship between companies management and "macroeconomic management" that generates these developments should be defined so that for future periods to be offered the best solutions to balance the market domestically and internationally.
