All'ombra della Federazione unitaria. I rapporti dei sindacati con i partiti e il sistema politico

Abstract

L'articolo ripercorre i cambiamenti nel rapporto tra i sindacati e il sistema politico nel corso degli anni della Federazione unitaria di CGIL, CISL e UIL. In questo periodo, i sindacati uniti acquistano una loro forza autonoma dai partiti e vengono riconosciuti come "soggetto politico".Nello stesso periodo, si manifestano nuovi problemi e tendenze dentro i partiti di sinistra. In particolare, a valle della rottura sulla scala mobile, il PCI assume una strategia meno centrata sulla classe operaia e più orientata in senso generalista, avvicinandosi al modello del partito "pigliatutto". Questa evoluzione produrrà negli anni successivi nuove tensioni nel rapporto con i sindacati.
