Blockchain, contratti e lavoro. La ri-rivoluzione del digitale nel mondo produttivo e nella PA

Abstract

Il presente saggio descrive gli aspetti più rilevanti della ricerca interdisciplinare svolta sulla tecnologia della "blockchain". Questa tecnologia consente di sperimentare senza rischi le "trustless transactions". Valori, beni e diritti possono essere trasferiti senza il controllo di istituzioni centrali. La verifica, il monitoraggio e la veridicità di tali transazioni sono garantiti dalla "blockchain technology" stessa. Il saggio analizza gli aspetti legali, la "workplace disruption" connessa e gli impatti della cosiddetta "gig-economy", al fine di poter meglio comprendere gli effetti che la tecnologia della "blockchain" produrrà nell'immediato futuro.
