Il ruolo del "lavoro" nei processi innovativi

Abstract

Come si può uscire dalla crisi? Innanzitutto è necessario individuare chi sono protagonisti dell'innovazione e trovare le risorse adeguate. Le istituzioni giocano un ruolo fondamentale nel trovare i capitali attraverso vari strumenti: una fiscalità che riduca il divario tra capitale investito e capitale di rendita, la certezza giuridica riguardo i reati di autoriciclaggio e falso in bilancio, la tassazione sui patrimoni nonché la lotta all'evasione e all'elusione fiscale. È poi fondamentale la partecipazione di imprese, istituzioni, lavoratori e cittadini per capire quali sono le merci che è effettivamente necessario produrre e quali sono i prodotti che hanno un più basso impatto sull'ambiente e sono, anzi, in grado di valorizzarlo. Tutto ciò, senza che il sistema produttivo sia soggiogato alla "dittatura" del mercato. Non è possibile innovare senza il sapere, l'intelligenza e la fatica di chi lavora.
