Le relazioni industriali in Italia e la cultura socialista

Abstract

L'intervento evidenzia il nesso fondamentale esistente tra le relazioni industriali e le culture sindacali, da un lato, è il consolidamento della democrazia pluralista nell'esperienza italiana, dall'altro. In questo scenario emerge la figura di Piero Boni quale esponente di una cultura sindacale di impronta socialista/riformista, e quale convinto propugnatore dell'autonomia del sindacato dalla politica, della valorizzazione del pluralismo e del principio dell'unità sindacale oggi scomparso dalla scena. Un sindacalista, Boni, impegnato nella costruzione di nuove relazioni industriali per il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni di sviluppo economico e sociale.
