Contrattazione aziendale e produttività (a proposito di un'indagine casistica)

Abstract

L'articolo sviluppa uno studio empirico sulla contrattazione aziendale svolto su oltre 700 contratti. Dall'analisi dei contenuti dei contratti aziendali emerge una diffusa tendenza a contrattare il salario variabile di risultato secondo le indicazioni provenienti dalla struttura contrattuale risalente al Protocollo del 1993. Questaanalisi viene, però, inquadrata nel contesto della recente riformulazione della struttura contrattuale mettendo in evidenza il connotato peculiare delle esigenze di specializzazione organizzativainsita nella maggiore agibilità della contrattazione aziendale e di come, però, essa possa essere declinata differentemente a seconda di come viene inteso il significato di "produttività".
