Abstract

Il saggio prende in esame le tecniche elaborate dall'Accordo interconfederale del 21 novembre 2012 e dal D.P.C.M. del 22 gennaio 2013 per legare gli incrementi della retribuzione alla misurazione della produttività, facendo emergere due modelli, distinti per struttura e funzione, da poter adottare nell'ambito della contrattazione collettiva di secondo livello.
