Contrattazione collettiva decentrata e democrazia industriale in Lombardia

  • Capelli Sergio
Registered author(s):

    Il saggio descrive il ruolo della contrattazione collettiva decentrata nel cercare di rafforzare la competitività delle imprese sul mercato globale. A tal fine, viene postulata come necessaria un'azionepreventiva coordinata della legge, insieme agli attori politici e sociali. Negli accordi riportati di aziende e province della Lombardia, appare un allargamento dei temi contrattati anche a tematiche più qualitative (flessibilità di orari di lavoro, welfare aziendale, formazione), in modo da mantenere alta la motivazionedei lavoratori e supportare l'azienda a raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici. Viene verificato il livello di "democrazia industriale" osservata e vengono identificate, nello stesso tempo, possibililinee guida per lo sviluppo futuro della contrattazione collettiva decentrata in Italia.
