This paper is concerned with the outline of a new âsocialistâ policy; examined in the context of the structural evolutions of capitalism. The paper is composed of two parts. After a brief introduction to the general purpose of the essay; the first part (published in this Journal issue) develops an analysis of the structural transformations occurred in contemporary society; over all in respect of the production activities and the labour market. An examine of the specific characters of what has been called the âpost-industrialâ society will be done; in regard of the declining âindustrialâ one. And; in the same time; the consequences of the relative huge increasing of the role of the State that arose from it will be discussed. Moreover; the phenomena of bureaucratisation; social waste and occupational disease and crisis; on one hand; and the phenomena of chronic disequilibria of the government budget and the need of public expenditures control and results; on the other hand will be outlined.;All these keywords.
