The Role of Generative Artificial Intelligence Platforms in Guidance Activities

Abstract

I siti di intelligenza artificiale generativa (IAG) stanno rivoluzionando le attività di orientamento grazie alla capacità di fornire informazioni dettagliate e consulenza. Strumenti come ChatGPT, Claude e Perplexity consentono di reperire dati aggiornati sul mercato del lavoro, individuare percorsi formativi e simulare colloqui di selezione. Inoltre, permettono agli operatori di ottimizzare il proprio lavoro, migliorando la qualità del servizio offerto e riducendo i tempi di elaborazione. I siti IAG sono particolarmente utili anche per l’autoformazione degli orientatori, la supervisione dei casi complessi e la creazione di materiali didattici. L’adozione di questi strumenti può portare a una progressiva disintermediazione dei servizi di orientamento, a un più facile accesso alla consulenza gratuita e a un miglioramento dell’efficienza del settore.
