Corporate Academies Supporting Human Capital Development in SME Territorial Systems

Abstract

Le academy delle imprese rappresentano una novità significativa nel panorama italiano della formazione continua e possono costituire un nodo significativo della rete di attori che contribuiscono allo sviluppo del capitale umano di un territorio. Le corporate academy in molti casi sono strutture di eccellenza istituite dalle imprese, che investono, innovano e sono di supporto allo sviluppo delle conoscenze e competenze; pertanto, ambiscono ad essere incluse a pieno titolo tra gli attori del sistema di offerta formativa. Il presente contributo illustra i risultati emersi da una ricerca esplorativa sul fenomeno delle academy aziendali, con l’obiettivo di individuare le diverse caratterizzazioni ed esperienze. L’analisi ha inteso, in particolare, collocare lo sviluppo delle corporate academy nel contesto delle trasformazioni in corso nel sistema della formazione continua. I risultati indicano che le academy italiane crescono in termini numerici, sviluppano esperienza e si aprono alle collaborazioni con altri soggetti del territorio rendendo più permeabili i confini dell’impresa.
