Abstract

Il sistema italiano della formazione continua, pur avendo assunto un rilievo sempre più cruciale nello sviluppo socioeconomico del Paese, presenta una serie di limiti e di criticità che ancora frenano un suo dispiegamento massivo e diffuso. Il paper intende fornire una lettura di carattere trasversale sul sistema della formazione continua, tesa ad individuare un nucleo di questioni chiave che al momento limitano in modo significativo l’accesso alla pratica formativa da parte di una larga quota di utenti potenziali. Per ciascuntema trattato, accanto ad una disamina dei dati essenziali di scenario, si propongono alcune osservazionidi approfondimento, alcune delle quali si intersecano con la riflessione internazionale sui diversi ambiti tematici toccati.
