Analysis of the INPS 2021 Survey on Smart Working

Abstract

Il presente lavoro analizza i risultati della seconda indagine sullo smart working realizzata da INPS tra i suoi dipendenti, dal 5 novembre al 6 dicembre 2021. L’indagine, condotta su base volontaria, è volta a indagare l’atteggiamento dei dipendenti nei confronti del lavoro agile in relazione a diverse dimensioni (professionale e personale) coinvolte dall’adozione dello smart working. Una parte del lavoro, inoltre, analizza la relazione tra smart working e produttività dell’ente, attraverso un modello OLS con effetti fissi. Emerge una buona propensione dei dipendenti verso lo smart working in modalità ibrida. Sono particolarmente apprezzati: il bilanciamento vita personale/lavoro, la riduzione di tempi e costi di spostamento verso la sede di lavoro, e un maggior tempo da dedicare alla famiglia/sfera personale. Le criticità emerse riguardano il senso di isolamento e la mancanza di confine tra vita privata e lavoro. La relazione tra indice di produttività e smart working non risulta statisticamente significativa.
