Empirical Evidence on Smart Working during the Covid-19 Emergency at INAPP

Abstract

Il lavoro analizza i risultati della prima indagine realizzata in INAPP sull’esperienza di lavoro agile emergenziale durante il periodo di pandemia di Covid-19. L’indagine è stata realizzata sui lavoratori dell’INAPP nella primavera del 2021 con l’obiettivo di rilevare potenzialità, criticità e lezioni apprese durante la prima esperienza “agileµ seppure emergenziale, ed è stata strutturata utilizzando alcune aree di analisi che caratterizzano le condizioni abilitanti al lavoro agile: salute professionale e qualità della vita lavorativa, e salute organizzativa e digitale. I risultati sono positivi e incoraggianti: il personale ha ben gestito e apprezzato la maggiore flessibilità e autonomia nel proprio lavoro, risparmiato tempo negli spostamenti e migliorato i livelli di work-life balance. Tuttavia, meritano adeguata attenzione sia i rischi associati alla porosità dei confini fra vita lavorativa e vita privata, che quelli connessi al possibile isolamento sociale e professionale
