Abstract

Il libro e la ricerca qui recensite analizzano le trasformazioni del lavoro in un’azienda automobilistica, la Lamborghini, che ha attuato una profonda trasformazione digitalizzando le attività lavorative nel quadro di Industria 4.0. Ciò che distingue questo lavoro è l’approccio etnografico che si è avvalso degli strumenti dell’osservazione partecipante e delle interviste in profondità, svolte in azienda. La ricostruzione etnografica ha riguardato: l’insourcing del reparto per la produzione del telaio in carbonio; il lavoro alla catena di montaggio delle super sports cars e nel reparto femminile selleria; le relazioni industriali; e il punto di vista dei manager e dei “colletti bianchiµ. L’oggetto principale della ricostruzione etnografica rimane il sistema di relazioni industriali e il suo carattere partecipativo come risulta anche dal fatto che tale tema occupa quasi la metà del libro.
