Abstract

L’articolo introduce i contributi dedicati alla celebrazione dei 50 anni dello Statuto dei lavoratori. Partendo dalla riflessione riguardante la cosiddetta “doppia animaµ dello Statuto, si interroga sul permanere di spazi di effettiva incidenza dell’autonomia collettiva, dopo mezzo secolo di applicazione e alla luce delle profonde trasformazioni che hanno investito il sistema produttivo. I temi sui quali l’evoluzione dell’equilibrio tra leg-ge e contrattazione appare più evidente sono la tutela antidiscriminatoria, la frammentazione del mercato del lavoro e i diritti degli esclusi, e le politiche salariali
