L'évaluation dans les ONG belges : entre volonté et contrainte

Abstract

As a particularly heterogeneous social System, Belgian NGO's have recently been involved in a self appraisal process. Given the multiple internal and external challenges facing them, this process is considered as indispensable to the reaffirming of their legitimacy and even their survival. Among other strategies, the NGO's are open to applied research for furthering the process of reflection. The confrontation between knowledge and action makes it possible to determine the priorities which NGO's seek individually or collectively in order to reposition themselves through their identity crises.
