Le droit du commerce international, un exemple de résistance à la transversalité ?

Abstract

The teachings of international business law are not naturally inclined to give prominence to the environment and ecological transition. There is thus an apparent resistance to the integration of issues related to ecological transition into the teaching of international business law. However, there is also a natural openness in the teaching to environmental concerns, due in part to the trend (real or desirable) of a shift in the subject towards international business law not solely focused on economic growth but also toward sustainability goals.
