Défendre la copossession des ressources pour préserver les communs environnementaux

Abstract

What is called ownership is actually a shortcut that designates a certain bundle of rights. Ownership is not absolute and exclusive control over things. Starting from the study of the Malthusian analysis of property rights, extended and discussed by Hardin, we intend to show that recognizing the co-possession of things through the bundle of rights approach is the only way to overcome the problems that the necessary preservation of the environmental commons poses today.
