Le tournant institutionnel de la RSE à l'épreuve de l'analyse communicationnelle

This article tries to propose a critical analysis of new mediations spaces that can be found in our society. The most important point of our critical analysis consists in focusing on the reconstruction of the hierarchy and the nature of social actors, who intervene on regulation and social cohesion mechanisms. These reconstructions mostly concern the modes of organization of social dialogue, but also in a more global way, the relations between enterprises, society, and trade unions. Our article mostly deals with the communicational rationality of these new spaces.
