Abstract

Working with/after cancer is for me both a research topic and a lived experience. This article combines academic and experiential knowledge to shed light on an issue that concerns management science: supporting a work-cancer balance. It proposes a analysis model based on an epistemology of work linked to management situation logics, with a transformative aim. The autoethnographic narrative depicts a ?return to work? situation, revealing a wide range of resources mobilized to enable flexible, yet secure, work organization. The discussion leads to the formulation of principles of action for ?carrying out an investigation? in such a way as to achieve the conditions for a new co-construction of work that contributes to building health.
