L’enseignement d’un « management des normes » pour gérer l’inflation normative

Abstract

The phenomenon of inflation of standards is a challenge for companies that need to know, integrate and above all manage them. It is partly taken into account in teachings at the University and in Business Schools. It would be desirable to reflect on future teachings that could better prepare managers for ?management of the standards?. They could give a competitive advantage to companies with players that are better able to articulate standards to their organizations and strategic decisions.
