Externalisation ouverte et pérennité. Une nouvelle étape de la vie des organisations

Abstract

Dans cet article, nous étudions un nouveau mode d'externalisation : le crowdsourcing que nous définissons de la manière suivante : « Le crowdsourcing signifie l'externalisation par une organisation, via un site web, d'une activité auprès d'un grand nombre d'individus dont l'identité est le plus souvent anonyme ».Nous nous demandons alors si l'arrivée du crowdsourcing constituait un risque pour la pérennité des organisations actuelles ? Aux vues de notre expérience, de l'analyse des questionnaires et de nos entretiens, nous ne le pensons pas. De notre point de vue, le CS renforce la pérennité des entreprises qui sauront utiliser ce mode d'externalisation. Une entreprise plus flexible et possédant des dispositions à la résilience, héritées des caractéristiques du fonctionnement de l'Internet, ne peut qu'être pérenne. Dans cet ordre d'idée, le CS nous apparaît comme un nouveau critère de sélection pour les entreprises selon une approche évolutionniste de la vie des organisations.
