Indeed, new forms of work organisation lend themselves well to the use of computerised interpersonal links. What is at stake here is the modification of working practices linked to the use of new information technologies. Therefore, it would be interesting to understand how the development of mediated communication, linked with the actors? use of new technologies, permitted them to modify their interpersonal exchanges in the work environment.
