France : Croissance en héritage. Perspectives 2017-2019 pour l’économie française

Abstract

Après cinq années de croissance atone (0,8 % en moyenne sur la période 2012-16), une reprise se dessine enfin en France, avec des hausses attendues du PIB de 1,8 % en 2017, 1,7 % en 2018 et 1,9 % en 2019 (tableau 1). Certains facteurs négatifs qui ont marqué 2016 (chute de la production agricole, impact des attentats sur le tourisme, conflits autour de la loi travail, …) ont disparu en 2017 et l’économie devrait désormais profiter pleinement des effets positifs des politiques d’offre instituées sous la présidence Hollande. À ceci s’ajoute l’effet d’entraînement du dynamisme renforcé des économies européennes. La consolidation budgétaire sera de faible ampleur (0,3 point de PIB sur 2018-2019) et ne devrait pas remettre en cause la reprise en cours et la baisse du chômage entamée en 2015. [Premières lignes]
