Abstract

This paper analyses how to enhance the effectiveness of business development support, such as incubators, to develop entrepreneurs? social skills. To do so, it analyses the functioning and the impacts of a coworking space: La Muse in Geneva (Switzerland). It describes the ?ingredients? of this type of organization resulting in the management of a community of entrepreneurs permitting the ?peer network effect? so called in this paper. This effect generates positive impacts on entrepreneurs also analysed in the paper. It generates the development of their abilities and their involvement to pursue their project as well as the possibility to adjust their products or way to process, and to start and mature their project without an important starting capital. On these elements the prospect to enhance the animation of entrepreneurs in more classic business development support is finally discussed.
