Salaires et exploitation chez Marx

Abstract

This short article explores how Karl Marx defined employees? remuneration in his writings. It highlights the underlying tensions, notably the exploitation of labor: workers do not receive the full value that they have contributed to producing. Thus, wages, according to Marx, do not represent the value of the product of work but the rental of the workforce.
