Quelle assurance contre le risque dépendance ?

Abstract

Il est souvent bien difficile d'identifier quelles sont les dépenses " légitimes ". Dans le cas de la santé, on s'en remet entièrement aux médecins. Dans le cas de la dépendance, faut-il à nouveau s'en remettre à eux ? Aux aides à domicile ? Il existe de nombreux services pour les personnes dépendantes dont il est très difficile d'évaluer la pertinence du point de vue de l'assureur. Pour cette raison, la dépendance, à l'inverse de la maladie, se prête sans doute mieux à un mécanisme d'assurance indemnitaire, avec une indemnité fixée en fonction du niveau de dépendance. Ce mécanisme limiterait l'aléa moral.
