Les stratégies de renforcement des organisations de la société civile en Afrique subsaharienne, nouvel éléphant blanc de l’aide au développement ? L’exemple du Cameroun

Abstract

The rise of African civil society resulted in new international aid programs meant to support these organizations in their local development initiatives. However these aid programs, intended to be closer to the realities of the field, have yet to part from the Western vision of civil society and adapt to the needs and capacities of its African counterpart. These difficulties are illustrated by the example of Cameroon.
