Abstract

In Morocco and Senegal, language elements show respect to the older people. But many of them are facing difficult socio-economic situations complicated by gender disparities in marital status. With different intensity, the continuation of work into old age, the absence or weakness of pensions and difficulties in accessing health care can negatively impact their quality of life.
