Abstract

In this article we present the definition of child labour. According to the ILO, a child is considered as a worker if he is under the age of 18 and being economically active meaning that the fruit of his labour is destinated either directly or indirectly to the market. We have shown the limit of this definition by taking the example of children of the street.
