Innovation dans une proximité organisée par une gouvernance interterritoriale : le réseau nautique atlantique

Abstract

A new form of territorialisation of innovative economic activities has been emerging for about a decade, based on the cognitive economy and not necessarily embedded in a specific location. The Atlantic Nautical Network (ANN) illustrates this strategy: it is an original interregional initiative of public policy governance. The objective of ANN is to gather the know-how, abilities, skills for innovation in the nautical industry of Atlantic regions in France. The ANN is based on the cognitive economy and links all stakeholders of this industry from research, formation, technology, production and consumption.
