Abstract

The activity of the family and of the individual entreprises often benefits from the assistance of the members of the family. In general, it takes the form of a purely free help. But this situation will gradually end. Here are the principal reasons: fight against disguised work; moonlighting, fight against the work of children; fight against unfair competition and social dumping; fight for the financing of the social security by means of wage taxes.
