Abstract

At the present time, mastering the spatial strategies of the enterprise is essential to analyze the morphogenesis of territorial networks. The coopetitive dynamics that characterize the local productive systems (LPS) must be crossed with the recent local anchorage of multinational enterprises which are seeking for new opportunities of value creation. The first part of this article leads to a typology of the LPS by pointing out their structural advantages and failures, especially for training, interacting and territorial fixing. Then, a matrix of strategic analysis summarizes the different potential strategies for each glocalized network. At the time of ?competitive poles? this matrix highlights, for a given enterprise (small or multinational) and for a given territory, the crucial resources to evolve toward the most productive form of network.
